If you have several Rover clients, the client list is hard to sort through to rebook.
If your client contacts, you outside of a dogs stay, its always to ask about availability. Finding the client on the app to rebook needs optimization. Currently the top of the list has a box – I always see “book a dog groomer”. It would really help out to have search or filter.

Finding the client that contacted you in a list that seems to be in random order is a challenge.
If your app has lists that grow over time you must include sorting or filters. There should be content Indexing for the phone apps that would be easy to implement.
