I guess the thought to allow sitters to make booking modifications was great in theory but in practial application I feel they missed the mark. You cannot make a same day modification as the requirement for walks and drop-ins changes happens frequently. Trying to use the cancel booking well that seems to screw up the booking. So what are we to do but call support, that defeats the purpose of allowing sitters to modify. Back to the drawing board Rover - to me this is just another Rover fail
