I'm thrilled that summer is booking so fast! I would love to send my previous boarding customers who haven't booked for summer yet a list of my remaining dates available through Labor Day along with a promo code for a discount. What do you think? Can Rover offer such a code? I would feel less pushy reaching out with a friendly reminder if it came with an incentive :)
Currently, promo codes only work for new clients and their 1st booking on Rover. Rover also absorbs the cost of the promotion and it is not a rate reduction for you. As an independent contractor, you are free to offer discounts off your rate to your existing clients, and you can contact them via Rover messaging.
So your suggestion is for Rover to offer a special promo discount for the upcoming season?? Sitters would love it but Rover not so much in my opinion.
