So...I got a bad review, first one, and so ridiculous. I leave a response, one that clears up her allegations but does so in a professional manner, and that's that. But then I find out that no one using a mobile device can see my reply. What's up with that? If Rover is going to have a review system in place (think Amazon, Yelp, or Google), then they need to display responses on all device types. It's bad enough to get an unwarranted bad review, it just adds to it knowing my response won't be seen by most people doing sitter searches.
Sucks. I would try to get as many new reviews as possible to bury it. I give a card to new clients tgth wxplexpl how much leaving a review helps me, and they usually do it.
