Hi! Just received my 1st 5 star review from a client (all other reviews/testimonials were from non-Rover clients.) But it is not showing on my profile? Nor are the stars?? How can I fix it? Thank you!
If you received an email from Rover that you received a review it should appear on your profile page. If you received an email and nothing appears you should call support at 888-453-7889 as they rarely visit this forum
