Re: Advice for new sitters on providing 5-star service?

Do you do meet & greets for drop in appointments? I was going to suggest it because its for a number of days in a row but I wasn't sure wether I should bring my dog like Rover mentions as I'll just be making the visits to the clients house and won't have my dog with me.

Listen to what the owner or owners have to say. Keep them updated on the dog. Check up with the dog.

Regarding treating - I always have the conversation with the owner IF and HOW treating is allowed. I've had some owners that allow NO treating to the other end of the spectrum "treat as I see fit". Some owners provide treats. If I bring a treat into the mix I verify with owner first.
