How long totally varies. There are many factors at play, including how much demand there is in your area for dog care, what the competition (both on rover & other providers/facilities) offer, and how compelling your profile is to make a prospective client contact you. I'd encourage you to get the word out through as many ways as you can, not solely promote online which can be a waiting game.
