I have been with Rover 1 month and have received 4 requests.  I'm very pleased one of them has turned into a very satisfied repeat customer.  Of the other three, two decided after sending the request they wanted a service I didn't offer (one of them canceled after we had agreed and booked it) and the other was flagged for suspicious behavior.  Do these incomplete requests count against my rating when customers are searching for service?
