Hitting the Facegroup groups today was an email from support about adding a tipping feature to the Rover Now program! The sitter community has been asking for a tipping option for years and it was never implemented - so now how long will we have to wait?
Did the FB group pose that question to Rover Support. Interestingly, the customer support person I recently contacted said that there is a dedicated person from Marketing who is assigned to answer and post to FB.
No a sitter in a Rover Now city posted an email they received - you know one of those general emails we all get. Wish we could post pictures in this forum!! Even in the HQ sponsored group the posts or response from HQ! is practically non-existent
People have posted images on this board before. When I go in to edit my answer above, there is an insert image icon. Probably isn't possible from a comment though.
